Budha-Kedar used to be an important halting place during the days when the pilgrimage used to be done on foot & pilgrims returning from Gangotri. Budha-Kedar is situated on confluence of Balganga & Dharam Ganga.
Kush Kalyani
Beautiful Kush-Kalyani, gay with alpine flowers, is very extensive Bugyal in an idyllic setting - truly blessed by nature. It is located on the Gangotri - Shri Kedarnath route near a place called Belak and can be approached from Ghuttu in the opposite direction from Panwali Bugyal.
Masar Tal
The famous MasarTal 3225 mts. above sea level. It is about 16 km. from Ghuttu. The trek is enjoyable but one has to make own arrangement for camping or can take Garhwal Darshan.com 's camping service.
