Panpatia Col Trek

Panpatia Col connects two famous holy shrines on India, Badrinath and Kedarnath. As per legend this is the only direct route followed by the mythical priest who performed Puja at both the shrines in a single day. Panpatia snowfield is amongst the biggest snowfield in Gharwal Himalayas around 10 kms in length and 2-3 kms wide.  Route goes through from Badrinath- Neelkanth Khal - Panpatia Glacier- Parvati Gully - Panpatia Col - Sujal Sarovar- Ransi. The trail was explored by Shimpton & Tilman in early 1934.

Day 5 Trek to snout of Panpatia Glacier
Day 6 Trek to moraine camp of Panpatia glacier (4450m) camp
Day 7 Trek to Panpatia plateau (4950m) camp
Day 8 Across Panpatia Col (5260m), camp at Maidagala Tal 
Day 9 Maidagala Tal to Madmaheswar
Day 10 Madmaheswar - Ransi 
Day 11 Ransi - Rishikesh
Day 12 Rishikesh - Delhi
